holiday party: photobooth shots + our view from the 13th floor of the hotel
This weekend Mr.C & I didn’t do a whole lot.
We ate, drank, and danced Saturday night away at Mr.C’s holiday party for work and followed up with lots of lazy lounging and Les Mis on the big screen on Sunday.
Been movie kick since the holidays and have watched Save The Date, Restless, Trade of Innocents, This is 40, Lincoln, Django Unchained, Hitchcock, and Hyde Park on Hudson so far with Anna Karenina on deck.
I did manage to tear myself away long enough to gobble up the first two books in the Divergent trilogy.
Along with my film obsession, I cannot stop eating brussels sprouts. Seriously. Cut in half, tossed in olive oil, black pepper, and sea salt, then cooked on a baking sheet for 15 mins at 400°F. Pure perfection.
So, that’s what we’ve been up too. Busy work week this week but hoping for more fun next weekend.
