This weekend Mr.C & I…
went out to eat at Chipotle before having fun Dave & Busters,
enjoyed 3 days of what seemed like constant snow,
had a game night with friends where we laughed our way through The Game of Things + What’s Yours Like,
tagged along with my coworker, her family, & pup for a fun afternoon of geocaching – we drove across frozen Lake Minnetonka to find 4 caches on an island,
stuffed our faces with apples + dip, chips with cheese ‘n salsa ‘n guac, and pizza while watching the Super Bowl,
continued checking boxes on our Oscar Noms list (Beasts of the Southern Wild, The Master, & Zero Dark Thirty),
had so much fun this weekend that all dishes were neglected and Sunday breakfast looked like this…
cereal in a solo cup.
Hope you all had a fantastic first February weekend!

Stopping by from the This Weekend I link up! Sounds like a fabulous weekend. I love me some Chipotle!
Thanks for popping over! :)
We haven’t had ANY snow yet this year. Pretty sad if I do say so myself. I’ve never been geocaching either. I really need to do it. Do you have to have a GPS with you all the time?
aw no snow :( and you’re in washington right?
you should totally geocache – it might right up your alley with the hiking! my friend that geocaches has a GPS they carry (it’s about the size of a small cell phone, not the larger car gps) but i actually just use an app on my iphone :)

Yeah. You would think Washington would get SOME snow, but no. Just rain.
Awesome! We don’t have either of those, haha, but maybe we can get away without one. We’ll try it someday :)
Haha you’re right I would think so! I’ll cross my fingers that you get a few flurries soon :)
I think there are ways to do it old school with a compass and map too – if you want a real challenge lol

glad i’m not the only one – they sure come in handy! :)
i’ll be sure to stop over!
Haha, love the solo cup! I’ve done that for food before too; hellllo easy clean-up! What did you think of your movie marathon? So far, I have only seen Zero Dark Thirty but really enjoyed it.
Hey thanks for stopping by! :)
Solo cups are oh so handy!
The marathon is going well – I thought Zero Dark Thirty was interesting, but liked Argo much better
Love all of the snow – beautiful! I wish we had some in AZ.

we can switch for a bit if you’d like – i’d love to walk outside without snow boots and enjoy the sun! :)
aww Pete looooves geocaching haha. I get bored with it!
I am SO ready for Spring!
yeah i could see that – but i like the hunt :) plus it’s a great excuse for a lazypotato like me to get outside with a purpose!
spring would be lovely! winter’s not so bad – just those arctic winds that really kill me.
